Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Rinse and scrub the sweet potatoes clean, then slice each one in half lengthwise.
Place the sweet potatoes on the baking sheet cut-side up and drizzle lightly with oil to coat.
Sprinkle garlic butter seasoning evenly over each piece.
Flip the sweet potatoes so they are cut-side down, then drizzle a little more oil & salt over the skin.
Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and caramelized on the edges.
Insert a toothpick or fork to check doneness. It should go in easily.
Let them cool slightly, then serve and enjoy.
