Longhorn Copycat Parmesan Crusted Lamb Chops

These Parmesan crusted lamb chops are packed with flavor, perfectly seared, and topped with a creamy cheesy layer and crispy golden breadcrumbs.

Ingredients

  • 1.25 lb lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp Zestiny Garlic Butter Blend

For the Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Breadcrumb Topping

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp salted butter melted

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add the lamb chops and 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and Zestiny Garlic Butter Blend. Toss until evenly coated.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for the cheese topping.
  • In another bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and melted butter.
  • Heat the remaining olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the lamb chops for 2–4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat.
  • Add about 1/4 of the it cheese topping to each lamb chop, followed by about 2 tbsp of the breadcrumb topping.
  • Place under the oven broiler on high for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  • Serve and enjoy!
