Preheat your oven to 375°F. Coat the turkey wings in vegetable oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, poultry seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
Place the wings in a baking dish. Add the butter squares on top, then layer the sliced onions and peppers. Pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the dish. Cover with foil and bake for 1½–2 hours, or until the wings are tender.
Pour the pan juices into a saucepan. Add the cream of chicken with herbs and stir over medium heat until smooth and combined.
Pour the gravy over the turkey wings and bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
