Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • Olive oil for drizzling & searing
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic butter seasoning
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Pasta

  • 16 oz fettuccine noodles

Alfredo Sauce

  • 1 stick garlic & herb butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Season both sides of the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, garlic butter seasoning, oregano, and black pepper. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and rub the seasoning into the chicken.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a little olive oil. Add the chicken and sear for about 5–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden on the outside. Remove from the pan and let it rest before slicing.
  • In the same pan, melt the garlic & herb butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Let it simmer gently for a few minutes, then add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Cajun seasoning. Stir until the sauce is smooth, creamy, and fully combined.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  • Slice the chicken and place it on top of the pasta or mix it in.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
